In 2006 Tenajon Resources conducted exploration on the Summit property in the Smither’s area of northwest British Columbia at the previously producing Scotty gold mine. I spent approximately 6 weeks mapping (above and underground), sampling and running a drill program on the property. A number of epithermal quartz-carbonate veins occur on the property, cutting through Hazelton Group volcanics and containing variable amounts of galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and gold-silver. A number of high-grade targets, at surface and underground, remain to be adequately tested.
